You may have noticed recently that you are seeing increased photographs of property that have been taken in the evening or to be precise in that twilight moment that doesn’t last for long yet creates a dramatic and very different version of your home.  These dusk pictures are popular in the world of property right now because they make your home stand out from the crowd and attract more attention from potential buyers.

The evening light at this time creates a completely different mood for the property, an inviting atmosphere with a unique style changing the marketing of your home. The vibrant colours in these photographs attract more attention especially when listed on the web portals that are filled in the main with daylight images.  Fine & Country focus on lifestyle photography, these evocative images encourage buyers to enjoy the thought of returning home to a warm and welcoming environment each night as if it were their own home already.

The photographer has only one shot to get this right (if you’ll pardon the pun) and we are lucky and use only the very best in professional photographers.  There is a very short amount of time to capture the moment as sunset turns to dusk & dusk to twilight, at this time of year we begin production around 5pm. This photography requires more attention and experience to get the right blend of natural and interior lighting to capture a home at its finest, bringing out the interior lights for warmth and contrasting with the external light.

Although Twilight photography is a premium product and in high demand, we are refreshing our clients marketing for free.  The buyers we speak to unanimously agree first impressions count and can make or break whether they want to come and view a property. We have always understood that whilst the photos alone don’t generally sell a home, the quality of the photography can absolutely determine how many buyers interests we have engaged  “attraction image marketing” at its best.
