Fine & Country Annual Conference, London

Fine & Country Annual Conference 2018 was held at Westminster Bridge County Hall in South East London.

The biggest ever Fine & Country conference attracted more than 230 agents from around the globe. This was a record number for any Fine & Country conference, with agents travelling from Mauritius, Malta, Cyprus, South Africa, Spain and Portugal, South Africa etc.
Ibiza, Maresme (Barcelona), Diagonal Mar (Barcelona), Mijas (Malaga area), Marbellla (Malaga Area), Javea (Alicante) were assiting on behalf of Fine & Country Spain.

During the conference, David Lindley announced that Fine & Country opened in 11 new locations in the UK in 2017, as well as 12 locations internationally, including in Barcelona Coast, Barcelona Diagonal Mar, Mijas and Ibiza, Spain, Romania, Cyprus & Malta.

Worldwide network, marketing strategies and business approaches were presented to the audience. The strategy for 2018 includes further expansion both in the UK and overseas. The focus will be on print and digital marketing, with increased spend on both platforms. The brand continues its advertisements in key publications, such as the Sunday Times, The Times and The Telegraph, as well as improving its comprehensive online strategy.

I want to congratulate the nine award winners once again, who have gone above and beyond during the past year and we are proud to reward their achievements.”

There were fantastic results for the Fine & Country Foundation in 2017. David Lindley announced at the conference on 2 February that more than £130,000 was raised in aid of homelessness last year alone. Fine & Country participated in its first trek to Everest Base Camp, the Gobi March, and numerous sponsored runs, cycle rides and a parachute jump.
