The international Luxury Real Estate Fine & Country opened five new offices in Spain in 2018: Fine & Country Mallorca, Marbella Puerto Banus, Javea, Barcelona Sitges and Valencia joined the work of estate agents in over 300 locations worldwide. For decades, Spain has been one of the most desirable areas for foreigners to relocate to and buy second homes.

Last year in 2017, the record was set for the most properties ever bought by foreigners in Spain with over 60,800 transactions completed in just the one year, thus topping the pre-recession figure. With Fine & Country, our new partners of various marketing tools, services and maximise opportunities the potential of their properties.

We are very excited to announce that a new office has joined the Fine & Country worldwide network: Fine & Country Marbella - Puerto Banús Nueva Andalucía in the Málaga Area. This will be the second office managed by Karina Karlsen Norris!
Marbella area is one of the most beautiful places on the Costa Del Sol. It is located between Malaga city and Gibraltar, in the foothills of the Sierra Blanca.

A new Fine & Country office isopening in Valencia city.
The Office has been opened by a famous Spanish celebrity: soccer player Santiago Cañizares and his wife Mayte García, who will continue a family business and expand the network of high-quality real estate services to the Valencia Area.

Fine & Country Valencia North is a family business with over 20 years’ experience in Valencia´s property investment and brokering market.

Fine & Country Spain had great pleasure in participating in the “Iberia Second Home Summit”, during the SIMA International Real Estate Expo 2018, held in Madrid on the 31st of May.
The main subject of the panel was “ How to retain and develop the international second homes Market in Spain”.

Fine & Country Marbella Puerto Banús attended the event <<50 Plus>>, presenting its service in Real Estate on the Market.

The lifestyle event for people 50 and over has been running successfully for 20 years in the RDS in Dublin, and in the last 10 years has branched out to Cork, Galway, Limerick and the Costa del Sol, due to the huge interest from the general public.
