"The market at Fine & Country South Norfolk and North Suffolk has been relentless. In almost 40 years in the industry I have never known a market like this. The demand from discerning buyers from London, Essex, Hertfordshire and Kent is at an all-time high. Buyers' needs have certainly changed since the pandemic. The glamour for the countryside, outside space and a work-from-home area has become top of the list of requirements. At Fine & Country we have managed to maintain stock levels but it is true to state that it is very much hand-to-mouth. Properties come onto the market and are under offer at lightening speed and more often than not, properties are selling for the asking price or figures in excess of guide prices are being obtained."
