The premium price threshold in the North West is £473,000, which means that the top five percent of sales in the region were above this figure. Over the last 12 months the average price per square foot has been around £319. The total value of sales over the past year has been £2.63 billion with 283 sales at or over £1 million.

Prime property price growth in the North West is currently on par with the average across England and Wales. The average price for a prime market property exceeds £500,000 in six areas of the region; the price in Manchester and Chester is over £800,000 and in Stockport over £1 million.
