After spending several years in Reunion Island to study and gain work experience, Bénédicte joined the real estate sector in August 2013 as Residential Service Specialist entertaining a portfolio of 30 IRS residences for a property development company. She joined Fine and Country in January 2019 as Real Estate Consultant and was appointed Branch Manager in January 2020. Chris has over 33 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing at both Director & Senior Management roles and relocated to Spain from the UK in April 2004.
After studying engineering at college Chris decided on a change of course to pursue a career in Financial Services working his way up the ranks into top Senior Management then Directorship roles with some of the world’s largest insurance groups and global leaders in Pensions, Investments and Life Assurance. During a 25-year period working in this sector Chris built a solid foundation of corporate partnerships with some of the UK’s leading Home Builders and Estate Agents.
It was through Chris’ own personal experience of buying a property in Spain that he decided to open a Real Estate business in Costa Blanca North which has been established for 16 years now and is one of the most successful in the area.
Fine & Country Costa Blanca North opened on 1st May 2019 situated on one of the best marinas in the coastal city of Denia, the mid-way point between Alicante and Valencia.
