LOCATION
Aspenden Village lies just to the south of Buntingford, a few minutes by car or a comfortable walk. The village has a traditional village green where you will find the cricket team playing in the summer months and also a pub within the village, The Fox.

Nearby Buntingford is an historic market town which lies just off the A10 linking Cambridge, to the north and London to the south. The popular high street is full of some fantastic independently owned and run local shops, cafes and bars, something for everyone. Buntingford uses a three-tier school system. There are also a number of private schools with easy driving distance of the town.

As mentioned, Aspenden and Buntingford lies just off the A10, but it is also ideally located for other major road networks such as the A1M, M11 and M25. Stansted airport is about 30 minutes drive and the neighbouring towns of Royston, Ware, Hertford and Bishops Stortford all provide rail connections into London. The city of Cambridge is also only around 45 minutes' drive away. Aspenden really is superbly located and you are also surrounded by some beautiful Hertfordshire countryside, the best of both worlds.
