Take your career to the next level and share in the success of the Fine & Country brand.
Are you an ambitious, experienced estate agent with a proven track record? We have opportunities for entrepreneurial individuals.
Watch the video below from Nicky Stevenson, MD of Fine & Country UK, to learn more:
An Associate is an experienced estate agent who is based out of a central location or hub, but working autonomously. They have access to resources and support from the central hub, but run their own business.
Associates effectively join Fine & Country on a sub-licence agreement. This can be by joining an existing licensee in the network, or by joining Fine & Country Head Office directly and operating as an associate with us in our existing unlicensed areas.
Typically, as Associate is an entrepreneurial minded, self-motivated, experienced estate agent.
The percentage of commission received by an associate is attractive in the absence of a basic salary. Associates will use the infrastructure, including CRM and portals, provided by the licensee, or from Head Office if associating with us directly.
The commission split and monthly sub-license fee will vary across the network.
Fine & Country is a multi-award-winning licensed brand for real estate agents who wish to access the lucrative upper quartile of the property market. We deliver all of the branding, marketing, technical support and widespread exposure needed to create clear points of differentiation over the competition, allowing you to focus on building your portfolio of unique premium properties.
Becoming a Fine & Country Associate enables you to have the freedom of being your own boss, with the backing of our prestigious global brand and infrastructure, enabling you to take your career to the next level.
