Tras una subida del 5% en 2019, los expertos pronostican que en 2020 los pisos seguirán encareciéndose, pero a menor ritmo por la debilidad de la demanda, lo que frenará las compraventas. Los alquileres aumentarán un 5%. El mercado de la vivienda acumula subidas pronunciadas consecutivas desde 2014 y se prepara para hacer un alto en el camino.
