Starting his career in Estate Agency before the advent of the property portals on the internet, Peter is a great believer of traditional and personal service, which is a major part of the team ethos.
James is locally born and educated, and joined the Bawtry office in September 2011. He brings a wide local knowledge with a real desire to help, and an ever increasing experience of the property market. In addition to supporting Peter in the office, James also carries out market appraisals. His dedicated and personal approach has already assisted many buyers and sellers to move home.
Raised and educated in the area, Katie has now worked in the estate agency industry for over 10 years and has a gained a wealth of knowledge of the regional property market. Katie has experience in selling country homes, development sites and town houses throughout South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.
Mark is a Fellow of the RICS, has lived all of his life in and around Retford, and as a result has a deep understanding of the local property market. Like Ross, Mark spends much of his time carrying out RICS Reports, but his huge experience and knowledge is always available and invaluable to the team and clients alike.
Ross is a Chartered Surveyor who has 20 years experience in residential property, and is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor. Ross supports Peter and James with market appraisals in addition to his duties as a Chartered Surveyor, which include Level 1 RICS Condition Reports and Level 2 RICS HomeBuyer Reports. Fine and Country Bawtry are also able to offer full Level 3 RICS Building Survey Reports.
