“The continued market conditions in the South East region still predominantly has a lack of supply, thus forcing an upward pressure on prices. The rental market is very buoyant currently as sellers having gained a great price for their home are compelled to rent temporarily as supply is not helping them find an onward purchase.”
“My personal view is that there is a slight hesitation in the market, from holidays and confidence in how things may change after the opening up of the country and the stamp duty ending in September, and the effects on the future market. Because of this hesitation, there is an amazing opportunity right now for contrarian thinkers. If you are prepared to market your home to really maximise your property value, now is definitely the time.”

This fantastic barn conversion is where a trendy converted Docklands loft apartment meets an immaculate rural residence. The barn had its origins in the 18th century and was on the site of an even earlier building, so is steeped in history and much of this is reflected in the amazing features that have been retained and give the property such a special character.
