The Great Fine & Country Garden Competition
Spring is in full swing and summer is teasing us with it's imminent arrival, the sight of pretty florals budding can only mean one thing, the RHS Chelsea Flower Show is on its way. The show is the world’s greatest showcase of stunning garden designs, gorgeous floral displays and endless shopping, starting on Tuesday 24th May and putting many of us in the mood to spruce up our outside spaces. With fleeting sunshine on the forecast for much of the UK, Fine & Country wants to bring something bright and colourful to you, by way of our garden competition.
We will be giving away a £100 voucher to be redeemed at David Austin Roses, one of the world’s leading rose nurseries, located on the Shropshire border.
The nursery is home to one of the world’s largest breeding programmes for garden roses. David Austin has released over 200 English Roses, many of which have won awards, both nationally and internationally, for their delicious fragrances and outstanding garden performance. Recently, English Rose ‘Graham Thomas’, received the highest accolade in the rose world when it was voted the World’s Favourite Rose by the World Federation of Rose Societies and was inducted into the society’s ‘Rose Hall of Fame’.

By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. The Fine & Country Garden Competition is open to residents of mainland UK only.
2. The competition is free to enter.
3. By entering the competition, you hereby warrant that the information submitted is true.
4. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
5. There are three steps required to successfully enter the competition. To participate, you need to;
a. Follow us on Instagram and/or like our page on Facebook.
b. Like the competition post on Instagram or share the competition post on Facebook.
c. Comment your answer and tag a friend in the comment section below the competition post.
6. The information explaining how to enter the competition forms part of these terms and conditions. Entrants to the competition are bound by the entirety of these terms and conditions.
7. The winner will be chosen by representatives from Fine & Country.
8. The winner will be announced in May 2022 via the Fine & Country Facebook and Instagram pages. The winner will be notified via private message on Facebook or Instagram.
9. The overall winner will win a David Austin Roses voucher with the value of £100 (RRP £100, https://www.davidaustinroses.co.uk/collections/gift-cards). If the gift card becomes unavailable, a prize of a similar value will be selected. No cash alternative will be provided, and the prize is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
10. Entrants may be required to take part in media activity surrounding the competition. By taking part in the competition, entrants consent to participate in such activity fully.
11. No responsibility is taken for entries lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to server functions or failures, virus, bugs, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or any other causes outside the control of Fine & Country.
12. Events may occur that render the competition itself, or the awarding of the prizes, impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Fine & Country. Accordingly, Fine & Country may at their absolute discretion vary or amend the competition and the entrant agrees that no liability shall be attached to Fine & Country as a result thereof.

14. In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Competition, the decision of Fine & Country shall be final and no correspondence or discussions shall be entered into.
