CHEAM
A family orientated area which stretches from North Cheam to the outskirts of Sutton.  Property ranges from flats and maisonettes through to the executive and prestigious detached houses of South Cheam.

CARSHALTON
Famed for its World renowned lavender fields, the surrounding area is a hub for family life.  Local trains run into Victoria whilst the high street offers a leisure centre with pool.  Property ranges from Grade II Listed to modern.
 

CARSHALTON BEECHES
Named after the beech tree lined roads with architecture dating from the Edwardian era to the modern, the area has a small selection of local shops and is highly favourable for schools and local transport links by train into Victoria.
 


WALLINGTON
A popular area for families seeking the excellent Wallington Girls School and Wilson’s.  Situated between Sutton and Croydon the area benefits from both town centres plus trains into London Bridge and Victoria from Wallington itself.
 

EWELL
Ewell Village is a pretty village with a small high street and lots of history including Grade II Listed houses and even the original tiny goal dating from 1777.  Train links are excellent and offer services from two stations into London.
 

EWELL WEST
Situated within walking distance of Ewell Village, Ewell West trains offer links into London Waterloo.
 


EWELL EAST
As an alternative, Ewell East station is within easy reach and offers services into London Victoria.
 


EPSOM
Lending its name to the famous Epsom Salts and also famed for The Derby, Epsom has the feel of a market town.  Local education is highly regarded and includes Epsom College, Glyn School for Boys and Rosebery School for Girls.
 

BANSTEAD
A favourite for families, excellent schooling is available, both state and private, including St Anne’s, Warren Mead, Banstead Infants, Priory and Aberdour.  Banstead Downs provides the semi-rural ambiance of the surrounding area.
 

WORCESTER PARK
For those seeking excellent commuter links Worcester Park has its own train station offering services into Waterloo, extensive bus routes towards Kingston-upon-Thames, Croydon and Heathrow plus the A3 just a short drive away.
 

OLD MALDEN
An ancient parish, Old Malden is situated between Worcester Park and New Malden.  Properties consist mainly of substantially built 1930’s family homes but some older houses still exist near the Plough Green Area.

 

NEW MALDEN
New Malden has a busy high street with its own department store, train station and leisure centre. Kingston is just a short drive or bus ride away and offers extensive shopping facilities plus a café society feel to the attractive town.
