This training has been followed by both new and old agents to raise the bar on standards in the industry. Graham lives on the outskirts of Coventry with his son Stan and his partner Amy. Prior coming to Fine & Country, Graham has won numerous awards throughout his 20 years’ experience within the industry.

After working with a corporate to manage their property portfolio, Natasha decided to enter the luxury property market to fine tune her skills. Working closely with the teams in a few offices, Natasha supports clients throughout the sales process, communicating directly with clients, solicitors & estate agents within the chain to progress the sale in a timely manner and is on hand to deal with enquiries and marketing preparation.

Having graduated from University with a First-Class Honours Degree in Events Management and holding valuable years of experience in customer focused roles, Iona takes pride in her attentiveness and ability to connect with customers. She understands the importance of a warm approach and upholds consistent communication when assisting agents in generating new business. Organised and forward thinking, Iona inspires to bring her dedicated work ethic, ongoing support, and bubbly personality to the team, whilst delivering impeccable customer service at Fine & Country.

Emilia has recently joined the Fine & Country team as the next step in her career, after working previously in a local Estate Agency. She brings excellent customer service skills and commitment to hard work to ensure that clients receive an informative and enjoyable experience.

Charlotte joined the Fine & Country Family having over six years of Estate Agency experience and knowledge in both residential sales and lettings. Coming from one of the country’s largest Corporate Estate Agents, Charlotte very quickly became a lettings manager covering all areas of the Black Country and later moved as a property valuer and lister for Sales. she started her property journey after finishing her Masters in Law having developed an interested into the industry. Charlotte’s role is to help and assist our agents with effective communication when picking up client requests and to generate new business.

My name is Dean Cherrington, and I am a specialist High Net Worth Mortgage Broker with Mortgage Advice Bureau. I live in the Derbyshire National Forest in a small village called Rosliston, a country boy at heart happiest near to nature! I look after clients across the country. My job role as a High-Net-Worth Broker allows me to engage with people from all different backgrounds and situations and I pride myself on helping secure their dream property and long-term financial stability. I started my working life by serving in the Parachute Regiment, being able to serve with this regiment was a true honour and taught me a lot about myself, it ingrained many of the qualities and principles that I believe are important both as a Mortgage Adviser and for life in general. I find it very rewarding to have the opportunity to help people whilst doing a job that I really enjoy, knowing that my clients put their faith in me with such an important area of their lives gives a very reassuring feeling and confirms the path I have chosen as the correct one. When I am not working, I like to do a spot of fishing, however my real passion is Extreme Triathlon and I am at my happiest either on a bike, running through the mountains or in a wetsuit. My golden retriever Bailey also like to play a part in keeping me active and loves to run even more than I do, subsequently we spend many hours on long walks through the National Forest.
