Fine & Country East London is run by three very experienced estate agents, namely Neil King, Martyn Stables and Steve Barrett.

The three directors worked together in the 1980s and subsequently all moved on to forge successful careers in the private and corporate East London property market. With a wealth of experience and knowledge between them in all aspects of property, you can be assured that the advice and service they will be able to give will be considered, clear and most importantly effective.

Neil King Director

Neil is an accomplished property professional with a wealth of experience in residential property across sales, lettings, property management, residential investment and development. Neil is commercially minded and adept at using his residential skillset to advise and assist, but above all he cares and wants to deliver the best result for his clients.

Steve Barrett

Steve Barrett Director

Steve met both Martyn and Neil at a large independent in the late 1980’s. Moving on to a managerial roles in a large corporate and then joining with Martyn to start Look Property in 1990. Steve knows a lot of diverse people and usually knows someone for most things and as such enjoys bringing people together to facilitate an end result.

Martyn Stables

Martyn Stables Director

Martyn started in local agency in the mid 1980’s moving to a large independent of the time where he became the East London area valuer. In 1990 he opened with co-founder Steve Barrett, Look Property in Bow. Martyn has a keen eye for opportunity and is happy to help clients realise a property’s potential or maximise a deal’s value via numerous contacts in the industry.

Karen Maloney

Karen Maloney Property Consultant

Karen offers a diverse background in real estate having managed several of New York City’s largest residential buildings, she has also enriched existing travel portfolios with some of London’s finest properties. Living in East London herself she thrives on connection with others and is dedicated to providing her clients with industry insight and exceptional care.
