Meet the Team

Fine & Country Emsworth is run and managed by local staff, with extensive experience in estate agency in the East Hampshire, West Sussex and South Coast area. Local people may already know Managing Director Colin Shairp, who has been an agent in Portsmouth since 1986, yet the whole team had experience in the local market before joining the Drayton & Emsworth branches when they opened in 2009 and 2014. The belief and remit was that the area needed a quality brand, where both owners and purchasers could experience quality customer service, superior marketing collateral and a personalised marketing strategy.

Colin Shairp is well known in the Portsmouth area, where he's been an estate agent since 1985 years. Colin says, "I have a happy and dedicated team, who, like me, believe that what sets us apart from other agencies is our commitment to customer care, our experience and our total belief in the brand. We're already a local leader in this market, and we intend to improve further.

Anne-Marie Green

Anne-Marie Green Office Manager

Anne-Marie has been an estate agent, operating at the upper end of the market in Hampshire for the past 21 years. She led and managed the residential operation in Winchester of a renowned international property business, before launching the Fine & Country brand in Hampshire. Anne-Marie has a clear vision to provide a truly ethical, professional and independent approach to property services and believes that this focus is the key to success. Over the years, she has gained an outstanding reputation as a provider of high-quality client care and creative, bespoke marketing strategies.

Amanda Burden AGPEA

Amanda Burden AGPEA Property Consultant

Amanda has been with the company since we opened in 2009 (in Drayton), prior to that she managed a ‘corporate’ owned office on the south coast. She brings to the team, superb organisation skills, outstanding customer service abilities and an aptitude to deal with all sales and lettings matters. Her versatility means she can bridge the gap between administration, sales and lettings.
