Paul Garrod – Sales Director
Paul started his career in 1983 for a large corporate company in Sunbury-on Thames and Staines and having learned his trade and progressed well, was approached in 1985 by Gale & Power, a long established professional company, to join their team in Staines, eventually heading it up in 1988.
In 1993 he was asked to manage and turn around the Egham office, soon taking it to the highest performing branch in the company. However in 1998 he was ‘head-hunted’ by Aspen and was pleased to join, having seen Gale & Power taken over by yet another ‘corporate’ and losing its identity. Paul has managed Aspen in Englefield Green for over 17 years and with his established team have overseen the business grow threefold.
Paul loves the community feel and spirit of Englefield Green and says “I have always taken huge pride in providing a truthful, friendly and competent service, always willing to do that little bit extra and I have seen this rewarded with trust and belief from my clients, with many recommendations and ‘repeat’ business from them, with most becoming more like friends. We have already seen the system working well, having recently received applicant referrals from our Park Lane, London showroom for a property with land in the £7m-£12M price range”.

Outside of work Paul loves the occasional holiday with his wife and friends (now the children are too old to want to go with them) and when time permits play a round of golf, go to the gym and spend time with his two grandchildren.
