After achieving my degree in Psychology, I started my career within a prestigious International estate agency based in London, where I worked within both sales and lettings departments, supporting additional offices, rolling out companywide systems and processes and won numerous awards within the company. It was not long before I was training new employees and running training workshops. When I relocated to Devon I increased business within my new role within a leading independent estate agency, prioritising customer experience, hard work and dedication. I then became HR & Training Manager before becoming Marketing Director at Fine & Country Exeter. Having previously worked within both corporate and independent estate agencies, I can truly see how Fine & Country utilises the strengths of both of these business models by providing the support, network, research and tools to continually develop our expertise, and yet allow us to fully focus on our clients. I began my estate agency career nearly 40 years ago and have an excellent professional network and reputation within the industry. I have managed and grown very demanding and successful offices within both corporate and independent estate agencies and have a huge wealth of knowledge and experience which my clients and colleagues benefit from. In addition to being a professional estate agent, I have also qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor and now focus my career in my new role within Fine and Country Exeter. I have spent my entire property career working within the different areas of Devon, and have therefore not only accumulated local understanding and expertise, but a love for our beautiful countryside, city and coastal living.
