Jonathan lives in Leamington Spa with his wife Laura and their son Elliot. Laura also works within the Fine & Country business and works closely with Jonathan and his clients. In January 2019 his Leamington Spa team won two awards at the prestigious annual Fine & Country International Awards Ceremony at the QEII in Westminster London. James joined Fine and Country Leamington Spa in 2016 and has been involved in the property industry for almost twenty years. He has used all of his varied property knowledge and expertise to become one of the few go to Agents in the area. James has lived in Leamington all of his life and knows the town and its surrounding areas inside out. Outside of work James enjoys spending time with his family and friends, is a keen cyclist and enjoys the outdoors. Sarah has previously owned a very well-known and successful independent bespoke estate agency business covering the Warwickshire area. She is a well known and respected local estate agent with a passion for property and delivering exceptional service with her knowledge, experience, and skill. She is dedicated, enthusiastic and hardworking and believes in achieving the best possible price and results for her clients and prides herself in going the extra mile to deliver the best customer service and helping people to achieve their moving objectives. She has experience working in event management and for almost 15 years ran her own luxury furniture retail business growing it to a company with a turnover of over £1million. More recently, before joining the Fine & Country team Angela has been developing three contemporary low energy, zero carbon homes in Warwickshire with a GDV of 3.25m. Angela knows the local market well having lived in the area for nearly 40 years and brings a proactive friendly approach to help clients achieve their property goals. She is more than happy to provide a bespoke, tailored plan to aid any seller’s move using Fine and Country’s incredible marketing tools. In her spare time Angela enjoys baking as well as getting out and about in the lovely Warwickshire countryside and is also kept busy looking after her little boy.

Laura joined the Fine and Country team in March this year having spent a successful career over the last 17 years in HR and Recruitment. The majority of this time was spent working within professional services organisations so she understands the importance of 5-star client service. She is caring, pragmatic and passionate about helping people. At Fine and Country, she has joined forces with her husband, MD Jonathan, to support him with his varying responsibilities across the business. Laura and Jon have been together for over 20 years and are Leamington Spa-born and bred. Outside of her part-time role within the business, Laura is kept busy entertaining their toddler, Elliot.

Amrita has had a passion for properties from an early age and has always dreamt of working in the property industry. She has worked in customer service for several years, with some experience in lettings, property sourcing, and property renovations. Amrita studied film and TV production at college and received the highest grades in her class due to her creativity, dedication, and hard work.

My name is Dean Cherrington, and I am a specialist High Net Worth Mortgage Broker with Mortgage Advice Bureau. I live in the Derbyshire National Forest in a small village called Rosliston, a country boy at heart happiest near to nature! I look after clients across the country. My job role as a High-Net-Worth Broker allows me to engage with people from all different backgrounds and situations and I pride myself on helping secure their dream property and long-term financial stability. I started my working life by serving in the Parachute Regiment, being able to serve with this regiment was a true honour and taught me a lot about myself, it ingrained many of the qualities and principles that I believe are important both as a Mortgage Adviser and for life in general. I find it very rewarding to have the opportunity to help people whilst doing a job that I really enjoy, knowing that my clients put their faith in me with such an important area of their lives gives a very reassuring feeling and confirms the path I have chosen as the correct one. When I am not working, I like to do a spot of fishing, however my real passion is Extreme Triathlon and I am at my happiest either on a bike, running through the mountains or in a wetsuit. My golden retriever Bailey also like to play a part in keeping me active and loves to run even more than I do, subsequently we spend many hours on long walks through the National Forest.

Claire joined the team at Fine & Country at the start of 2018 after working in the property industry for 24 years. Her detailed knowledge & relevant experience is a crucial part of her success in delivering a first-class service. Her role here is to provide support to our F&C agents whilst communicating directly with clients, solicitors & estate agents within the chain to progress the sale in a timely manner. Having worked in the property sector all her working life Claire's passion shows through and she appreciates that customer service is everything.

Emilia has recently joined the Fine & Country team as the next step in her career, after working previously in a local Estate Agency. She brings excellent customer service skills and commitment to hard work to ensure that clients receive an informative and enjoyable experience.
