Jo joined Fine & Country having started her career in the publishing world where she gained vast experience in marketing and has a great eye for detail. Having grown in Kent she has a good knowledge of the Kent area and assists the Hartley team part-time with Sales/Lettings as well as her secretarial and administrational duties.
With over 25 years’ experience in Estate Agency, Sarah joined the company in 2004 as a Branch Secretary and has worked at various offices across the group. She is now based at our Hartley office as a Branch Secretary and she deals with all aspects of administration as well as assisting the Hartley Team.
Valerie started her career within Estate Agency in 1987 as a Secretary then a Sales Progress Manager moving into Financial Services as an Advisor and then Managing Administration for a mortgage brokers, she returned to Sales Progression bringing a wealth of knowledge with her. Valerie’s experience over the years places her in a position to be able to advise on the progress of your sale and purchase and to assist with meeting a happy conclusion.
With 40 years’ experience in Estate Agency, Jacci joined the company as Sales Progress Manager in 1999. Jacci now assists the Sales Progression Department at our head office ensuring the smooth running of the department. Her vast experience means she is perfectly placed to answer any questions you may have and guide you through to a successful completion.
Sarah’s expertise in both customer service and sales derives from her 20 years’ experience in the banking and financial services sector, having been amongst many roles, a mortgage advisor and latterly a business banking manager. She joined the company to support the Management team with the operational side of the business encompassing finances, personnel, premises, marketing and many more aspects of the ‘behind the scenes’ to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
