Clifton Button MNAEA MARLA, Managing Director
With a wealth of experience in the property industry since the late 1980s, his career has taken him across various areas of Kent and London. Clifton has lived in Kent all his life and apart from his role or managing the North West Kent Group he also drives the Land & New Homes sector of the business.
Sacha Dyer MNAEA AGPEA, Branch Director
Sacha’s experience spans over 30 years’ in the County's housing market, starting his career in one of the oldest companies in Kent; Porter & Cobb and then General Accident Town & Country. Having grown up in Kent, his knowledge of the local market assists even further in the marketing of properties in the region.
Lindsey Ede AGPEA, Director
Lindsey has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and is focused on creating a better experience for you whether buying, selling or letting your home. Having always lived in North Kent she has a wealth of knowledge of the local area and a genuine attachment to the County. She has a total commitment to customer care and shares in the belief of raising standards in the industry.
Maureen Talbot ANAEA, Property Marketing Manager
Maureen has been in the industry for over 30 years and prior to working with Fine & Country she was a Director of a successful estate agency for many years. She has a wealth of experience in the property sector and the Sevenoaks region and is committed to delivering high standards of professionalism with sound advice to customers.
Lisa Griffin AGPEA, Client Consultant & Administration
Lisa started her career as a secretary in the legal sector, she has been in the estate agency field for over 10 years and prides herself on her customer service skills to both buyers and sellers alike. With great communication skills and her local knowledge of the Sevenoaks district as a local resident she is based at the Otford, Sevenoaks office.
Jo Taylor AGPEA, Head of Marketing
Jo joined Fine & Country having started her career in the publishing world where she gained vast experience in marketing and has a great eye for detail. Having grown in Kent she has a good knowledge of the Kent area and assists the Hartley team part-time with Sales/Lettings as well as her secretarial and administrational duties.
Sarah Turner-Dyer AGPEA, Branch Secretary
With over 25 years’ experience in Estate Agency, Sarah joined the company in 2004 as a Branch Secretary and has worked at various offices across the group. She is now based at our Hartley office as a Branch Secretary and she deals with all aspects of administration as well as assisting the Hartley Team.
Valerie Lever AGPEA, Sales Progress Manager
Valerie started her career within Estate Agency in 1987 as a Secretary then a Sales Progress Manager moving into Financial Services as an Advisor and then Managing Administration for a mortgage brokers, she returned to Sales Progression bringing a wealth of knowledge with her. Valerie’s experience over the years places her in a position to be able to advise on the progress of your sale and purchase and to assist with meeting a happy conclusion.
Jacci Johnson GPEA, Sales Coordinator
With 40 years’ experience in Estate Agency, Jacci joined the company as Sales Progress Manager in 1999. Jacci now assists the Sales Progression Department at our head office ensuring the smooth running of the department. Her vast experience means she is perfectly placed to answer any questions you may have and guide you through to a successful completion.
Sarah Sheehan Operations Manager
Sarah’s expertise in both customer service and sales derives from her 20 years’ experience in the banking and financial services sector, having been amongst many roles, a mortgage advisor and latterly a business banking manager. She joined the company to support the Management team with the operational side of the business encompassing finances, personnel, premises, marketing and many more aspects of the ‘behind the scenes’ to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
