Philippa has worked for Fine & Country for 8 years and has worked in the Estate Agency business for over 17 years. She specialises in delivering a first class after sales service, which is crucial to a successful sale. Over the years, she has built strong relationships with many local solicitors, which is so important in this role "I am passionate about the process of the sale itself and do all I can to ensure that the exchange & completion takes place within the timescale required. I love the sense of achievement that this brings and this feeling will never fade" Philippa is married with 2 young daughters. Philippa sings in a local choir group and on top of that she loves her fitness training and has taken part in several local marathons, raising funds for local charities.

Heidi, very much the social butterfly of the office has worked for Fine & Country since September 2006, having worked for another local Country House Agent. She was born & brought up in Norfolk and spent several years working at Norwich Airport for an International Airline, so she has great experience in customer service and organisational skills. Heidi heads up the brochure production in Norwich, which is so important to our unique marketing strategy and her eye for detail and creative flare shines through "Admin is something that I love doing. I am naturally an organised and creative person and I take great care in ensuring that the sales particulars are appealing to the eye, as well as being accurate. Ensuring that the properties are all promoted to the maximum on all of the internet portals along with advertising is so important to me" Heidi loves interior design and is also quite a fitness fanatic in her spare time.

James has been working for Fine & Country for 3 1/2 years since retiring from the Norfolk Constabulary, "time certainly does fly when you enjoy what you do" ! Of course, James enjoyed his time with the police enjoying various roles particularly VIP protection duties. Working with Fine & Country meeting people and visiting the best properties on the market is an exciting combination which James loves doing. "I also help my son with his building business which gives me a practical understanding of house construction which adds interest to my role." James's sports and hobbies are triathlon training, kettlebell strength & conditioning and traveling.

Michael has been photographing our properties since April 2010. In addition to property photography he also does event photography and commercial photography such as head shots. "I enjoy photographing properties for Fine and Country, Norwich. Its nice to be somewhere different every day and each property has its own set of challenges to get the best images. I have climbed on eight foot walls, been rowed into the middle of ponds and once nearly got attacked by a herd of angry cows! I get to photograph some fantastic properties and the owners always make me feel welcome which is great as I can be at the property for a few hours! I also work very closely with the team back at the office where images are chosen and the brochure layout is designed. Although I am freelance I also feel like an integral part of the team."
