Richard has worked hand-in-hand with the property environment for over 30 years, having worked as a mortgage broker since the early nineties, starting in an estate agency environment. Richard went on to take over the agency’s financial services and build a successful mortgage brokerage. The mortgage brokerage experienced phenomenal growth with an eventual head count of over 20 brokers. For 8 years Richard has lived between Como, Italy and London working as an independent broker, for HNW & BTL clients and also working in the wealth management arena. Richard is excited to step on to the other side of the property fence and assist clients with prime residential property purchases. Richard holds a degree in Chemistry and is currently finalising his CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. When not working, Richard can be found in the Italian Alps with his family & friends.
