Stuart has over 20 years of experience with the Plymouth and surrounding area property market. He holds a BH (Hons) in Business Studies and is also ARLA qualified. Stuart has also been a buy to let landlord for over twenty, his passion for property has enabled him to accumulate a multi-million pound property portfolio. Living locally to the area, Stuart has excellent knowledge of the local area.

Russell started as an estate agency 21 years ago at the age of 17 and valuing property in the Plymouth area since he was 20. By the time he was 22, he was at management level in one of the largest estate agencies in Europe, where he also won a lot of awards for exceeding sales targets, including annual awards for the whole company. Russell now lives in Plymouth but was born in South East Cornwall and had excellent local knowledge of property in these areas.

Following a career as a dancer living in Latin America, I moved into the property market in 2016 self-funding my education and haven’t looked back. I went on to build a successful property sourcing business, for 5 years I sold an average of 40 properties a year to my pre-qualified private investors, becoming the ‘go to’ person in my area. My clients recognised me for my meticulous and diligent work with extensive knowledge of the local area, delivering a quality service and clear understanding of the importance of building and maintaining relationships. Working one to one with my clients with a personalised strategy was what set me apart from the competition, providing my problem-solving skills, resilience, negotiation and communication skills ensured I was offering the highest level of customer service. I’m now back to my roots in Plymouth where I was born and raised and I’m so excited to assist clients with prime residential property purchases in the Plymouth area knowing that I'm providing them with the service their property deserves and resulting in selling their home at maximum value!
