Seller Insight
What is your favourite room of the house and why?
It all depends on the time of year! The family room can be really cosy in the winter with the log burner going, although opening the doors to the garden from the kitchen has to be our favourite in the summer.
Who do you think would be the next ideal owner?
Could be a family or couple, the house is so flexible and could appeal to many people.
What do you love most about the house and why?
The privacy is great, although we are in the village centre.
What do you love about the local community?
There's a lot in the village and plenty to get involved with if you'd like including the community-run pub and the annual scarecrow festival which is not to be missed.
How easy is it to commute from here?
There are plenty of stations nearby including Chippenham and Pewsey, with regular direct services to London and West to Bath, Bristol and Devon/Cornwall too.
What made you choose this property over others that were available at the time?
It stood out head and shoulders above anything else we'd seen and is unique. There simply wasn't anything we'd seen that came close, and we hope the new owners love it as much as we do.
