Jan has been in the property industry for over 30 years, having worked in high end sales in central London and country house sales in the East of England which means he brings a wealth of property experience and knowledge to Fine & Country . His enthusiasm and dedication to produce a successful outcome for his clients shines through and his willingness to help around the clock only proves his work ethic. Some of Jan's keys strengths are his work ethic, innovative thinking and enthusiasm. Jan is married with two grown up daughters and two cheeky black Labradors called Purdy and Fizz and lives in a quite village enjoying rural life in general.

After obtaining a Master Degree in Hungary in 2005, Ildi moved to England to expand her business career. Joining Fine & Country in 2015, she brought with her sales and marketing experience on a national and international level. 'I am absolutely delighted to be working in a dynamic sales environment within an ambitious team.Above all the Fine & Country brand represents the hallmark of quality, so in every aspect of my role I aim to provide the best service to our clients.' Ildi is extremely interested in healthy lifestyle and natural remedies and in her spare time she enjoys photography and interior design. She loves travelling and one of her unfulfilled dreams is to visit the Elephant Orphanage in Sri Lanka.

Molly has recently started a career with Fine & Country after achieving excellent results in her Art, Maths and History A-levels. She is now studying to be a qualified Junior Estate Agent and is learning the trade with the experienced team at the Stamford branch. Using her artistic skills, Molly has created some admirable advertising by working closely with advertisers and publishers and, most recently, she has contributed to the production of our new regional magazine, Finest Collection.
In her spare time, Molly enjoys going to the gym to keep up a healthy lifestyle, cooking, and playing the piano. She also loves spending time with her family dog, an energetic black lab who thrives on attention and a chase around the garden.

Christine began her career in the Civil Service where she gained experience in client facing and training roles. Along the way she enhanced her skill set by qualifying in person centred counselling. She left that life to raise a family and has two, now grown up, daughters, Evelyn and Esther. A return to work saw her move into sales and she has worked for high street chains, global companies and the TV shopping channel. Christine is excited to use her skill set within the prestigious and forward thinking agency Fine & Country, where she enjoys showing applicants around prospective new homes, helping them to see their full potential. Christine has a passion for fashion and has an impressive shoe collection.

Fleur is our part time property consultant. With her bubbly and outgoing personality this role is ideal for her! Fleur enjoys meeting new people and teamed with a resilient, positive and friendly attitude our properties are well covered. Fleur also has a wealth of knowledge in the equestrian world so is well placed to find the perfect home for you and your horse.
