Adrian Dunford Director
Adrian has a fine pedigree in property services, purchasing his first property at the age of 18 and going on to run an estate agency in Parkstone which grew to three offices. He then became an independent Financial Advisor for over 25 years, before coming back to agency. Adrian’s passion for he local area and years of experience in financial services make him well equipped to offer a wealth of advice.
Nicola Dunford Executive Support Manager
Nicola is Adrian’s wife and after the birth of their youngest son she joined the agency. Nicola focuses on the aspects of the business that Adrian has less time for – book-keeping, HR, business development projects and ensuring the business is compliant with legislation and professional standards.
James Deamer Associate
James has over 10 years’ experience in estate agency, starting his career in London selling property in the highly sought after areas of Regents Park and St Johns Wood. After 6 years James moved to Bournemouth working in rural estate gaining valuable experience selling farms, land and property by auction. James also worked in corporate estate in Canford Cliffs & Sandbanks areas before joining Fine & Country, where he now specialises in the sale of luxury property in The New Forest and Sandbanks.
Nicole Harvey Property Administration Consultant
Nicole joined the business in early 2018 bringing with her over two decades of experience working in top tier client-facing roles. Nicole has crafted powerful interpersonal skills through her extensive experience working for a number of large, international financial corporations and is now looking to transfer these qualities to the world of estate agency.
