Meet Our Team

Tom has a wealth of experience within the prime Nottinghamshire property market. Having grown up in the Vale of Belvoir, he gained a BSc (Hons) in Property Agency and Marketing from The Royal Agricultural College at Cirencester before specialising in the sale of desirable homes within the East Midland’s. With years of experience within this sector, Tom leads the Fine and Country team at Nottingham since it’s opening at the start of 2014. His considerable experience in the sale of distinctive residential property is invaluable to our clients.

Jane has been part of the Fine & Country team for the last 10 years and has over 20 years agency experience within the upper quartile of the East Midlands prime market. Over the years Jane has been involved in selling some of the region’s most prestigious properties, and has also worked in the New Homes sector, marketing and selling new build developments across Nottinghamshire and beyond. Jane is well known with the area having lived in the Vale of Belvoir all her life. She will aim to negotiate and advise on your behalf a successful completion.

Pavlo, having grown up and spent his professional career within the East Midlands, has amassed a strong understanding of the Nottinghamshire market as well as experience within all aspects of residential agency. Pavlo has been conducting valuations for a number of years across a whole spectrum of property styles and is on hand to offer knowledgeable and up-to date guidance on the sale of your home.
